Come learn the art of Muay Thai, improve your fitness and strength. Taught by a current professional fighter. Expect Muay Thai techniques, boxing padwork and technique.
Build your confidence and feel empowered whilst making new friends, all female fitness community. Leave class in a better mood than when you arrive!
InstructionsIf you have boxing gloves please bring them, all other equipment will be provided. Water is available to buy I recommend you bring a full water bottle.
