REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Move With Christie. We strive to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with our services. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and Cancellations

Online Programs: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for any online program. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 30% of the program. Proof of purchase is required.

1:1 Personal Training: Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to full payment. If you miss a session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Refunds
Once we receive your request for a refund, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@movewithchristie.co.uk.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for our online programs or training sessions. If you have an issue with a specific program or session, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain services are non-refundable, such as special promotional offers, customized training plans, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific service.
