CANCELLATION POLICY

Individual Sessions (Personal Training, Pilates, Muay Thai, etc.)

  • Cancellation Notice: Must cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.​

  • Rescheduling: I aim to offer an alternative session when sufficient notice has been given, however this is not always possible. All sessions have an expiry date agreed upon when booking.

Group Classes

​

  • Cancellation Notice: Must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. 

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full class fee.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice will result in the full class fee being charged.

Online Programs and Membership Subscriptions

  • Online Programs: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the program has been accessed or completed.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Can be canceled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, with no partial refunds.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Can be canceled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, with no partial refunds. Special promotions and discounted annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Workshops and Webinars

​

  • Cancellation Notice: Must cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded.

  • Event Postponement: If postponed, clients can attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.

Customized Fitness Plans and E-books

​

  • Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature and instant access, no refunds will be issued once delivered.

To cancel a booking, subscription, or service, please:

  1. Email: Send an email to info@movewithchristie.co.uk with your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation.

  2. Online: Log into your account, navigate to your bookings or subscriptions, and follow the cancellation prompts.
