Service Description
Mat-work Pilates is an whole body exercise class that is derived from 'Contrology'. Pilates focuses on whole body control, postural alignment, improving your core strength and muscular balance. Giving full focus to mind body connection which is developed through breath work. Reconnect to your body, increase your flexibility and mobility, reduce aches and pains, and significantly improve your movement your daily life. We work through the classical Pilates repertoire in addition to implementing contemporary movements to challenge and sculpt the whole body. A perfect for introductory class for anyone who is interested in starting Pilates, anyone who is postnatal, currently rehabilitating from surgery or injury, and those who suffer from general back ache. I also cater to intermediate experience with pilates, giving moderations and options throughout class. Term time block booking discount is applied at check out. There is plenty of parking available on site. If you require a mat please let me know in advance.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give 48 hours notice. I will endeavour to offer an alternative session within that week however due to my limited availability this is not always possible. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge or a loss of prepaid session.
