The 'Body Rebuild' program is an online 8 week introductory postnatal pilates program, designed for you to complete from the comfort of your own home or training space. This program will introduce you to the principles and the exercises of Pilates, but specifically for the postpartum period. Motherhood is not for the weak! Start your rebuild journey with this collection of videos, where we will focus on improving your posture, improving diastasis recti, and building whole body strength. Each Pilates exercise is carefully curated for the postpartum physique and validated by physiotherapists to ensure you achieve the safest and most effective recovery experience. The videos are structured so that each week builds on the previous one, ensuring a gradual and effective learning process. By the end of the program, you will have built a solid foundation in Pilates, enabling you to perform exercises with proper form and confidence. I recommend doing the weekly video's twice before moving on to the next week. Do the soft work so that you can do the hard work later, come back stronger than before.
